Playbook accepts voluntary donations to support the development, operation, maintenance, and continued availability of the platform.
Supported Payment Methods
Playbook currently supports donations through:
- Bitcoin (BTC)
- Tether (USDT)
- USD Coin (USDC)
- Bank Transfer / IBAN
Available currencies, networks, wallet addresses, banking details, and payment methods may change over time. Please use the information shown on the official Playbook Donate page.
Cryptocurrency Donations
Before sending cryptocurrency, please confirm the selected asset, wallet address, blockchain network, and transaction details.
Users should verify wallet addresses, networks, transaction details, and the service they are using before sending funds. Playbook encourages the use of reputable providers and standard security practices when making a donation.
Note: Any blockchain, exchange, wallet, or transaction fees are the responsibility of the sender.
Note: Funds sent using an incorrect address, unsupported asset, or incorrect network may not be recoverable.
While we try our best to assist you throughout the donation process, support is available through our Contact Form or by email at hello@playbook.cam. The security of your funds, wallet, bank account, credentials, and chosen transaction method remains your responsibility.
Cryptocurrency is widely used as a means of transferring value across platforms and markets worldwide. Using a reputable personal wallet or a recognized cryptocurrency exchange — such as Binance, Crypto.com, Kraken, OKX, or Coinbase — can provide established transaction infrastructure and security controls.
Cryptocurrency is bought, sold, and transferred globally every day, while security practices and regulatory standards continue to develop across the industry.
Bank Transfers
Bank transfers must be sent using the beneficiary and IBAN details provided by Playbook.
Please verify the banking details before submitting a transfer.
The preferred and accepted settlement currencies are:
- $ USD (United States Dollar)
- € EUR (Euro)
These currencies are preferred because they help reduce conversion and settlement friction and are widely accepted for international transactions.
Other currencies may still be accepted where supported, but USD or EUR is preferred for future transfers.

Transaction Responsibility
Playbook will make reasonable efforts to assist with donation-related issues where possible.
The security of your funds and the transaction method you choose remains your responsibility until the funds are successfully received by Playbook.
Note: Playbook does not provide insurance, reimbursement protection, or guarantees for funds that are lost, delayed, misdirected, rejected, or otherwise fail to reach Playbook before receipt.
A donation is considered received once the funds have been successfully credited to a wallet or bank account controlled by Playbook.
Refunds
Donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable once successfully received.
Playbook may review exceptional cases individually, including duplicate payments or clear transaction errors.
Note: A refund is not guaranteed unless required by applicable law.
Where a refund is approved, applicable banking, network, conversion, or intermediary fees may be deducted from the returned amount.
Donation Requests & Impersonation
Playbook will never pressure, coerce, or repeatedly solicit anyone to make a donation. All contributions are entirely voluntary.
Playbook will only publish donation instructions through its official website and authorized channels. We will never ask you to send funds to a personal account, unofficial wallet address, or payment destination provided through an unauthorized source.
If you receive a suspicious donation request claiming to represent Playbook, verify the details through playbook.cam/donate or contact hello@playbook.cam before sending funds.
No Purchase, Ownership, or Special Rights
A donation does not constitute the purchase of a product, service, security, ownership interest, or equity in Playbook.
A donation does not provide ownership, voting rights, preferential access, special treatment, or influence over Playbook’s operations, policies, content, or decisions.
Financial and Payment Disclaimer
Playbook is not a bank, cryptocurrency exchange, wallet provider, custodian, broker, or investment service, and does not provide legal, tax, financial, or investment advice.
Nothing on Playbook should be treated as a recommendation to buy, hold, invest in, or acquire cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency and bank transfers may involve third-party networks, exchanges, banks, wallet providers, or intermediaries that Playbook does not control.
A qualified professional should be consulted before making financial decisions.
Changes to This Policy
Playbook may update this Donation Policy as supported payment methods, networks, or operational requirements change, and may continue to enhance its infrastructure for donations and future payment options.
