How do I delete my account?
In the Playbook app, open Profile → Settings → Legal & Support → Delete Playbook Account. If you cannot access the app, see the Account Deletion page.
How do I report a work?
Open the work in Playbook, tap its options menu, and select Report this work. For content you believe is illegal, use the Illegal Content Notice.
How do I block a creator?
Open their creator profile in Playbook and select Block. You can manage blocked creators in the app.
Why was my contribution rejected?
Contributions may be rejected when they do not meet Playbook's publishing, safety, rights, or content eligibility policy. If you believe the decision was incorrect, use the moderation-review form.
Can I appeal a moderation decision?
Yes. Use the Moderation Decision Review form. Include the affected work or account, a decision reference if available, and why it should be reconsidered.
What kind of work can I contribute?
Playbook welcomes creative works and cultural artifacts across supported categories such as photography, design, architecture, music, technology, automobiles, film and more. You must have the rights or legal basis needed to upload the material. See the content eligibility policy and Copyright & IP Policy.

Account & Sign-In
Forgot your password? Tap Forgot password on the app's sign-in screen and follow the email instructions. Check your spam folder if the message is missing.
Can't sign in? Double-check the email associated with your account, then contact us if the problem continues. Include your account email and a short description of what happened.
Concerned about an unauthorized login? Reset your password if you can and report the issue. Never share passwords or authentication codes.
Using Playbook
Discover work: Open Explore to search, browse categories, and view creative and cultural work.
Save a work: Open its page and tap the save control. You can revisit saved works in your collection.
Follow creators: Visit a creator's profile and select Follow. You can manage your own profile and published works from the app.
Contributing to the Archive
Publish: Open Create, choose a cover image and optional supporting images, and provide a title and category. Add creator, year, country, story or cultural context where relevant.
Before submitting: Confirm you have the rights or permissions necessary to upload the material. See the content eligibility policy and Community Standards.
Correct a contribution: Open your published work and use its edit options. Some changes or replacement images may need moderation review.
Safety & Moderation
Report a work: Open its options menu in Playbook and tap Report this work.
Block a creator: Open the creator profile and tap Block. You can manage blocked creators from within the app.
Request another review: If a submission or account was restricted or rejected, use the Moderation Decision Review form. Include the affected work or account and why you disagree with the decision.
Report illegal content: Use the Illegal Content Notice form.
Security concern? Contact Playbook or read the Security guidance. Never include sensitive credentials or exploit details.
Privacy & Account Deletion
Privacy request: Questions about your information, access, correction or deletion can be sent via the Contact form. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
Delete your account: In Playbook, go to Profile → Settings → Legal & Support → Delete Playbook Account. Deletion is permanent.
Can't access the app? Follow the external request instructions on the Account Deletion page. You do not need to reinstall Playbook.

Copyright or trademark concern? Read the Copyright & IP Policy.
Unauthorized use or incorrect attribution? Submit a Rights & Takedown request with enough information to identify the work and your connection to it. You can also contact Playbook.
