1. About Playbook

Playbook is an artist’s archive — it is a platform to explore and share what inspires us. It welcomes artists, entertainment enthusiasts, trendsetters, inventors, financiers, entrepreneurs, CEOs, book lovers, fashionistas, cinephiles, future audiophiles, animal advocates, wildlife enthusiasts, and anyone curious about the world.

From fashion and film to architecture, engineering, historic objects, extraordinary animals, and the wonders of the sea, Playbook is not confined to one discipline or community. Audio experiences may be introduced as the platform develops.

This page addresses submission eligibility only. It does not define Playbook's identity or restrict people's interests, opinions, or freedom to explore.

2. Submission Eligibility

For works submitted as creative contributions, original content generated by AI is not currently eligible for publication in the archive. This applies when generated images, video, audio, text, or other creative material form part of the submitted work.

AI assistance for research, translation, accessibility, and supporting descriptions is permitted. Digital creation, ordinary editing, restoration, and other non-generative production methods are also permitted.

This rule concerns what is published as a contribution. It does not prohibit using AI tools or discussing AI on Playbook.

3. Accuracy and Rights

Contributors should credit known creators and sources accurately, avoid deliberately misrepresenting a work's origin, and have the necessary rights or permissions to upload it. See the Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy.

4. Review and Appeals

Playbook may review submissions for eligibility and may remove contributions that do not meet the applicable rules. Automated checks can make mistakes.

5. Technological Use and Evolvement

Playbook embraces the advancement of technology going forward and reserves the right to adopt, implement, modify, replace, upgrade or remove existing and emerging technologies at its discretion.

This may include QR codes, Near Field Communication (NFC), digital identification systems, connectivity technologies, and other innovations that support the development, accessibility, security, and functionality of the platform.

Automation and Human Oversight

Playbook may use automated systems to help in tasks such as security, moderation, reliability, and platform operations. These systems help Playbook run better and do not replace human judgment where it matters.

AI tools and automation may support Playbook's operations. Their use does not change the submission eligibility criteria set out in this policy.

Playbook may progressively update or decommission certain technologies or features based on their usage frequency, usage volume, overall functionality, or continued relevance to the platform.

Playbook may adapt its technological infrastructure in accordance with evolving industry standards, operational requirements, and applicable laws, while maintaining its commitment to human creativity and cultural preservation.
